Our History
Still owned and managed by the Doherty family, The Doherty Group finds it’s roots in the heart of the County Antrim countryside over 30 years ago. Founded by Marie & Frankie Doherty, both are still involved in the business to this day, with Owen and Sean continuing to manage the business on a daily basis.
Pure Purrs combines years of animal bedding expertise, a love of pets and an appreciation for the Irish countryside to produce a sustainable, natural cat litter that’s as gentle on cats as it is on the planet.
